SHIPPING QUESTIONS

  How do you ship?

Amber Sporting Goods generally ships via FedEx. All packages are insured. Customers can choose the speed and level of service from a variety of options including Ground, Two-Day Delivery, Next-Day Air and International shipping. Please be aware that large equipment orders, such as heavy bags and stands, may be shipped directly by freight carriers in order to allow for timely delivery.

  How long does it take to ship?

Orders generally process and ship in 1-2 business days, excluding weekends and holidays. Delivery can vary based on location and shipping option chosen.

  Can you rush an order?

Yes, typically we are able to meet all expected needs for a rush order. For time-sensitive orders, please call our Customer Service department during business hours at 281.859.9565.

  Am I charged sales tax?

Yes we are required to charge Texas Sales Tax if the ship to address is in Texas. Sales tax rate for is 8.25%.

  How do I track my order?

When your order ships a email is sent to you with the carrier info and a tracking number. It usually takes upto 24 hours for the carriers to show tracking information after pickup. Please be patient.

  Can you ship to a military addresses like APO and AFO?

Yes. Please note that deliveries to military, APO and FPO addresses can take up to 15 business days.

  How much is shipping?

We offer flat rate shipping for $7.50 with an estimated transit time of 7-10 business days*. However, heavy and oversized items may have additional shipping charges. The exact amount is quoted at checkout or by using the Estimate Shipping and Tax tool found in the shopping cart. Heavy items that have an additional shipping charge will be noted in their product description.

*Flat rate shipping is not available for orders that are shipping International, APO-FPO, or outside the continental United States.

If you are shipping outside the Continental U.S. (Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico and Guam) transit times are not guaranteed. Orders shipping outside the Continental U.S. are considered international shipments by some carriers. Some items require additional truck or air shipping charges and you will be notified where applicable. The recipient is responsible for all customs, clearing and other fees required to deliver to their address. Please call 281.859.9565 or email Customer Service if you have any questions or concerns. Amber Sporting Goods reserves the right to change the prices without prior notice and to invoice at the corrected price. In order to offer you the lowest cost shipping we use multiple carriers, therefore carriers may vary.

  How long does it take for my order to ship?

All orders will be processed and shipped within 1 business day (does not include weekends or holidays) except where noted. All orders must be placed online by 3:00 PM CST to ensure expedited shipping. To accommodate expedited shipping needs after 3:00 PM CST, please call 281.859.9565 for air shipping options and/or delivery expectations.

All orders are subject to our verification process for accuracy and payment validation authorization. For security reasons, we may contact you via email or telephone to request additional information. In order to protect against fraudulent activity, we must verify the bill-to and ship-to address. When placing your order, please be certain to provide your exact billing address and phone number (the address and phone number your credit card's issuing bank has on file). Incorrect information will cause a delay in the processing time, and possible order cancelation without prior notice.

  Do you ship internationally?

Yes. For international shipping online, please be sure to select the international shipping option at the checkout and include a phone number and email address. All International orders are subject to customs, duties and taxes imposed by the country of delivery.

The International Shipping Process:

  • Once the order is submitted it is placed on hold for further review.
  • The purchaser will be contacted via email with the shipping charge and to confirm the recipient is aware that there will be customs and duties due on delivery. This is a charge imposed by your country and this charge is not included in the total price provided by Amber Sporting Goods.
  • Your approval is mandatory for the order to be processed and shipped.
  • For the protection of the card holder, additional information may be requested for the order to be processed and shipped. You will be contacted via e-mail if additional information is required.

Additional shipping charges may apply. Please provide a phone number or email address with your order. We will be glad to confirm your total before shipping. Orders placed outside the continental U.S., including APO/FPO orders, require additional shipping charges not reflected above. You will be contacted via phone or email prior to the addition of any shipping costs and/or alternate delivery times. Pricing may vary for Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico and the Virgin Islands. If you are ordering from any of these areas, you will be contacted prior to delivery if there are discrepancies in rates. Shipping rates may be higher in these areas depending on weight. Customers ordering from Bulgaria, Cameroon, Ghana, Indonesia, Nigeria, Russia or Venezuela must contact customer service to place their order with a money order or wire transfer.   Can you ship to a P.O. Box?

Yes, and will be shipped via USPS. However, due to restrictions imposed by USPS, some items may not be shipped to a P.O. These would include items such as heavy bags. Additional shipping may apply to your order. If so, you will be contacted prior to the additional fee being charged. Alternative shipping options may be discussed at that time.

  Can you ship to another address?

For the protection of the card holder, we only ship to the billing address of the credit card holder. However, if you would like to contact your credit card company to add a shipping address to your account, we can ship to the other address once the information has been confirmed.   What is Excluded from Shipping Promotions?

The shipping promotion is applied to your order when the retail value of the products in your cart subtotal are greater than the shipping minimum for the offer (when applicable). Shipping savings will be reflected in the shopping cart.

RETURNS AND EXCHANGES

  Do you accept returns or exchanges?

Yes, simply fill out this return/exchange form, describing the reason for your return and the action you would like us to take. You may return any item for refund, credit or exchange if it is in "resalable" condition, within 90 days. This policy does not include DVD's, books, mouth guards, gift certificates, custom apparel or awards. The return/exchange form must accompany all returns. Money will be refunded in the same form as original payment

It is recommended that you send all returns back via FedEx. Send your package insured and postage paid. There will be no credits or refunds for returned shipping charges. No credits or refunds for any merchandise more than 90 days after purchase.In case of manufacturing defect the product can be returned after it has been put to use within 120 days. Normal wear and tear or misuse of product will not be considered for a refund.

No credits or refunds for original forwarding shipping charges, including refused packages and shipments.Shipping and return charges cannot be refunded.

Returns are usually processed within 3 business days of receipt. Please allow additional time for processing during the holiday season. A confirmation email will be sent when the return is processed and if exchanging for other items, a confirmation email will be sent when the new order is placed.

  How do I cancel my order?

You can call within 24 hours to cancel your order. However if the order has shipped within that 24hr Window then there is no way to cancel the order as it has already been given to the shipping carrier.

  What if I have problems placing my order?

It's rare, but occasionally we experience technical difficulties. In order to avoid frustration, simply pick up the phone and dial 281.859.9565. Our Customer Service representatives are standing by to assist you with your needs during business hours.

  Will I receive a confirmation of my order?

Your immediate confirmation is available for you to print at the end of the checkout process, once your transaction is complete. A confirmation email will be sent to your attention once your order has been processed and again once your order has shipped.

Occasionally these emails are blocked by your SPAM filter or placed in your junk mail folder. To ensure the delivery of our emails, please add orders@ambersports.com to your safe senders list in your email account management program.

  How quickly are orders processed?

Orders placed online are processed within 2 business days. For time sensitive orders, please call our Customer Service department at 281-859-9565.

To make a change to an order placed online please call our Customer Service department immediately. Outside Call Center business hours, please forward the confirmation email to orders@ambersports.com with what changes you would like to make. A confirmation email will be sent informing you if we were able to update your order. Please note, we will make every effort to accommodate your request but it is not guaranteed the change will be made.

  When will I be charged?

When submitting your order, a pending authorization is placed on your account for the full amount of the order. We only capture, or take, the money when the order ships. If an item is sold out, or on backorder, the pending authorization will fall off and it will be re-authorized when the item is available.

  What payment methods do you accept?

We accept VISA, Master Card, American Express, Discover and PayPal via the website. For security and fraud prevention purposes, we only ship to the billing address of the card holder. We also accept prepaid gift cards with the Visa, MasterCard, Discover or American Express logo. To avoid delays in processing your order, please register a billing address for the gift card prior to redemption. Failing to do so could result in funds being placed on hold and delays in processing and shipment of your order.

  Can I order a Gift Certificate?

Yes, gift certificates for Amber Sporting Goods are paperless and the recipient will receive an email with the redemption information. Gift certificates expire 5 years from the purchase date.

  Will I know if an item is in stock?

Amber Sporting Goods is a "real-time inventory" site, meaning up-to-the-minute inventory in our warehouse is reflected as you shop the site. When all required product options (size, color, etc.) are selected the availability status of the item will display.

  What is your satisfaction guaranteed policy?

We get it, sometimes the item doesn't fit, you decide you don't like the color, or you just change your mind. And, sometimes a product just breaks under normal use conditions. Because we understand, you may return or exchange any item purchased from us for a refund or exchange for any reason within 90 days.

If you're returning due to color, size, or change your mind the item must be unused and in its original packaging. If you are returning to manufactures defect the original packaging is not required.

We're sorry but there will be no credits or refunds for any merchandise more than 90 days after purchase. There will be no refunds or exchanges on all mouthguards, videos, DVDs, custom apparel, books or Gift Cards.

  Do you have International distributors?

We do! We currently have distributors in Canada and Europe. When you purchase from our Canada and Australia/New Zealand distributors, you save on shipping and custom fees.
