How do I use my mouthpieces:

a) Dip the mouthpiece in boiling water for approximately 12 seconds with a spoon.

b) Remove the mouthpiece from the water and air cool it for 4 to 5 seconds.

c) Place mouthpiece in mouth around top teeth and bite down firmly.

d) Use your finger to press the mouthpiece to mold it to the contour of the upper teeth.

If the mouthpiece does not fit properly, repeat steps a) thru steps c) again.

If the mouthpiece is too big, trim it with sharp scissors.
